Our office is a privately physical Therapist owned located conveniently in the heart of Coral Springs, Florida.

Our Florida State registered Physical Therapist counts with over 17 years of clinical experience designing different individual treatment protocols for the most common conditions that requires Physical therapy intervention.

JERED HEALTH & REHAB offers a true integrated approach for the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, including Osteoarthritis,Scolisis,Herniated Disks, Chronic pain ,Neurological disorders due to syndromes, strokes and congenital developmental conditions such as Cerebral palsy in childhood.

JERED HEALTH & REHAB‘s Physical therapist provides a thorough Evaluation of symptoms and deficits, develops a treatment plan with therapeutic strategies, its purpose and its anticipated outcome.

JERED HEALTH & REHAB Center has been designed to fulfill the patient’s need for rehabilitation services. Private treatment rooms exercise and fitness gym, pediatric sensoriomotor – stimulation system, whirlpool therapy room are a few of the attributes of our facility.

JERED HEALTH & REHAB Center is currently Florida state Medicare part B- Medicaid certified. We will be accepting private and HMO insurance in a near future to provide better services to our community.

• A list of current prescription and over-counter medication with the dose and frequency.

• You insurance card.

• Physician referral form .

• Pertinent information about medical and surgical history.

We offer FREE TRANSPORTATION and some Home Visits as complimentary services to our patients.
